Device Setup Guide for Optimal Music Playback

Device Setup Guide for Optimal Music Playback

To reduce interruptions and ensure the best listening experience, we recommend you adjust the following settings on your tablet or smartphone where applicable:
(Note: Availability of settings may vary by brand and operating system.)

Network Settings
  • Go to Settings
  • Find and open Network Settings
  • Make sure:
    • The device is connected to your Wi-Fi network
    • Auto-reconnect is enabled so the device reconnects automatically if the connection drops
(Tip: If you're unsure, "Forget" the network and reconnect, entering the Wi-Fi password again. This often triggers the auto-reconnect setting.)

Volume Settings
  • Got to Settings
  • Find your volume settings - usually under "Sounds & Vibrations""Sounds & Haptics", or similar
  • Volume Limiter:
    • Turn off if possible
    • If it can't be turned off, set it to MAX
  • Mute all notifications to avoid interrupting music playback
  • Set ringtones to silent or low
  • Turn off all vibration settings

App Management
If the tablet is used exclusively for in-store music, consider:
  • Removing all other apps that might cause confusion
  • Keeping only the Soundtrack app on the home screen
