Help! I keep getting a spinning "A" on my screen

Nine times out of ten, this is an indicator of an internet connection or bandwidth issue. We advise businesses to have Wi-Fi or internet speeds of at least 5 Mbps for one device. Otherwise, you risk running into connection issues.  We recommend running a speed test on the business’s private WiFi from a laptop or smartphone. Contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) for details about the available services in your area.

If your internet speed is healthy, and you are still experiencing issues, please help us help you. We'll need a few things:

  • Navigate to your Atmosphere home screen (the menu of channels)
  • Navigate to the top menu bar above all the channels and select "Settings"
  • Scroll down and select "Network Info"
  • Scroll down and select "Run Speed Test". The device will perform a Network Speed Test, once it is complete please send us the following details:
    • The "Network Speed" number appearing on screen
    • The name of your business and address
    • A contact number to call you back at and an ideal time
    • Submit a ticket below with the above information or email us
