You set up your Wi-Fi network settings when you first opened and installed your device. Since then, you've perhaps changed providers or upgraded your internet connection, but you can't update them on your Apple TV device...
1. Play/Pause and Volume Down for 6 seconds and release
2. ‘Running Analytics’ will appear at the top right corner, wait for about 1 min 30 seconds
3. Select Prompt "Export"
4. AirDrop will appear
5. Take this step slowly. From the air drop screen, press Back or Menu on the remote until "Settings" appears (you're working your way backward through the Settings). This should be 5 clicks.
6. Once it says "Settings" at the top, scroll down to Network to make any necessary changes.
If Apple TV remote is not responding, it may need to be re-paired to the TV. To do this, press and hold the menu or back < and volume UP button for about 5 seconds this should give a signal on the TV if it’s reconnected.
If pairing doesn’t work, the remote may need to be charged. Please plug the remote into the Apple charger provided for approximately 30 minutes
