I'm ready to stream but nothing is on the screen
- Make sure your HDMI cable is securely connected from the device to the television, and that you’re set to the correct input.
- Make sure your power cable is securely connected from the device to a power outlet (these can get
knocked loose if in a high traffic area). - You will see a small white light on the front of the Apple TV when it’s plugged in.
- If you're using any other components, such as switch boxes or splitters, we recommend directly connecting to your TV and completing the setup first. Use the appropriate video converters if the switch or splitter is not HDMI compatible.
