Platinum Player Easy Start Guide

  1. Check that you have received all items:

  2. Plug the 9V Power Adaptor into a wall socket and then connect it to the POWER socket on the rear of the Premium Platinum Player.

  3. The ‘Hold Music’ or ‘MOH’ socket on your phone system connects to the L-OUT socket on the rear of the Premium Platinum Player via a Line Isolation Unit (LIU).

  4. The 3.5mm Plug Adaptor may be needed in order to connect to the Premium Platinum Player to the LIU and phone system.

  5. Insert the USB thumb drive into the USB socket on the rear of the Premium Platinum Player.

  6. Press the Power button to start unit. Playback will commence automatically within 15 seconds. The light on the right hand side of the power button will stay red. The light on the left will flash blue.

  7. Call Customer Service on 1800 664 653 and ask to check the volume. We will work with you to adjust the audio until it is at a comfortable level. To ensure the message loops the light on the left hand side of the unit needs to illuminate red.
